Transforming engagement for The RSA to unite people and ideas
RSA
The challenge
Following transition to Netcel in 2018 and a period of support and optimisation, in 2020 we embarked on a transformational programme to reimagine the RSA digital experience. To address underlying, legacy technology issues which were affecting site stability and performance, enhance the experience for users and increase the efficiency of digital operations.
What we did
Working closely with the RSA team, Netcel orchestrated a redevelopment of RSA's digital products. Their new Optimizely website is a key part of the launch of the organisation’s new brand and visual identity.
Outcomes
The introduction of a new Optimizely framework for the site has provided the RSA team with the toolkit they need to completely manage the digital experience in-house, increasing operational efficiency. The re-imagined website provides a seamless editor experience with greater flexibility, reducing the need for development input and overhead. The introduction of a digital-first visual identity that aligns with the RSA’s strategic plan, reflects a forward-thinking and progressive organisation that delivers impact.
