Warner Leisure Hotels, a UK-based operator of holiday resorts, is known for offering adults-only breaks focused on entertainment, dining, and wellness. With an outdated and inflexible platform, Warner struggled to adapt to shifting demographics and deliver personalised experiences.

Roadblocks to digital success

Warner Leisure Hotels faced several challenges that limited their ability to engage customers effectively and drive conversions:

Given high traffic volumes at peak times, we built a scalable framework that dynamically adjusted content to maintain performance.

The transformation resulted in a significantly improved user experience. Warner Leisure Hotels can now offer a more personalised journey, with tailored content, searches and recommendations that better engage users. 

The marketing team has greater autonomy over content, allowing for faster execution of targeted campaigns, while the new platform’s scalability ensures a smooth experience even during high-traffic periods. 

The transition to Optimizely has laid the foundation for ongoing growth and personalisation, positioning Warner for long-term success in the competitive leisure market.
