We’re looking for a Graduate Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team and support the successful delivery of digital products for our clients.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Graduate Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team and support the successful delivery of digital products for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who’s interested in digital project management and wants to gain hands-on experience working on enterprise-level digital projects. You’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team, where you’ll learn key project delivery skills and collaborate with a range of teams including developers, designers and analysts. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Supporting the coordination of digital projects to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with client goals 
  • Assisting with project reporting, including progress updates, financial tracking, and risk logs 
  • Helping to maintain project tools with support and guidance 
  • Preparing project documentation and contributing to client and internal presentations 
  • Organising and helping to facilitate project meetings, capturing actions and decisions clearly 
  • Supporting internal communication and coordination between teams and clients 
  • Attending project management team meetings, stand-ups and resourcing discussions 
  • Learning project methodologies and tools (including Agile and Waterfall) through structured training and mentoring 
  • Developing your understanding of project planning and management processes, with a view to managing smaller projects over time. 

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has a degree in Business, Project Management or a related field  
  • Has strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail 
  • Is highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
  • Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Works well with others and brings a collaborative, solution-focused approach 
  • Is interested in digital delivery and wants to develop a career in project management 

It would also be great if you: 

  • Have worked on academic or personal projects in a team environment 
  • Have an interest in digital platforms, design, or technology 
  •
