He has 20 years' experience working with business leaders delivering major global programmes for organisations across a range of sectors, including Centrica, The Open University, Sky and Nedbank.

With over 20 years’ experience in software development and online systems design, Mark assists the CTO in providing significant contribution to the definition and delivery of the technology strategy to support the growth and profitability of the business, ensuring that the technology function adds value and contributes to the strategic and commercial agenda of the business.
